Thank you for your interest in the Upstairs Banquet Room at Wan Fu Quality Chinese Cuisine.

The Banquet Room can accomodate up to 100 people. Amenities in our Upstairs Banquet Room include an audio/visual system (Karaoke System & DVD player w/ Flat Screen TV). You may hire a private D.J. or bring in your own music & home movies/slideshow to play off a disk. You may also attach your laptop to our DVD player. You are welcome to decorate the Banquet Room, but we ask that you do not put any nail holes in the wall. Also, we ask that you remove all decorations at the conclusion of your party. All tables will be covered and dressed with white-colored linen. Other linen colors are available for an additional charge. Unless otherwise noted, there is no time limit for the use of the Banquet Room, so feel free to end your party at your liesure.

With regard to the menu, all food items for your party would be served family style. That is, each food item would be served on a large platter located in the center of the table and shared by each person seated at that table. Each table would have the same, identical menu. Although the final menu would consist of items of your choice, we have put together a SAMPLE menu (listed below) to give you an idea of what type of food items you would get for a particular price. A descriptive (ingredients/preparation style) of each food item is listed in our on-line menu. Again, the menu below is just a SAMPLE menu, and is changeable at your discretion. Regarding soft drinks, all soft drinks ordered would be added to your final bill. Regarding alcoholic beverages,
please let us know if you would like alcoholic beverages that are ordered to be added to your final bill, or paid separetely by the individual who is ordering (cash bar).

There is no additional rental fee for the Upstairs Banquet Room. However, upon your approval of a final menu of your choice, a non-refundable deposit must be received at least three (3) weeks prior to your party in order to secure your reservation. The amount of your non-refundable deposit is equal to the menu cost of one (1) table. For example, if you chose the sample menu (listed below) as your final menu, your deposit amount would be $220.00. Finally, please note all stipulations following the sample menu. In the event you would like to plan a party less than three weeks in advance, please call and speak with a manager. Special arrangements may be able to be made to accomodate your needs.

Once again, you may add, delete, or substitute any of the items in the following sample menu, but please remember that doing so MAY change the total price of the menu.

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY BEVERAGES, ADDITIONAL FOOD ITEMS ORDERED, SALES TAX, & 18% GRATUITY OF THE FINAL BILL. ANY BEVERAGES OR ADDITIONAL FOOD ITEMS ORDERED WILL BE ADDED TO THE BILL. YOU MAY NOT BRING INTO THE RESTAURANT OUTSIDE LIQUOR, DUE TO NORTH CAROLINA A.B.C. REGULATIONS. IF DISCUSSED WITH MANAGEMENT, YOU MAY BRING WINE OR CHAMPAGNE, BUT YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO A CORKAGE FEE OF $20.00 PER 750ML BOTTLE OPENED.
